These terms govern your use of the website and software provided by ONE4THREESTUDIOS L.L.C. ("One4Three Studios"), including the Pharos application. By using our software you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software for your own use, in accordance with these terms and the App Store Terms of Service. Applications distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Records you create — your collection, containers, decks, and notes — remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; where the software supports Apple iCloud sync or data export, we encourage you to use it.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown in the application before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its published policies.
Our software references publicly available trading-card data and imagery from third parties, credited within the application. Magic: The Gathering and related marks are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Our software is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy, and is neither approved nor endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. © Wizards of the Coast LLC.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes affecting paid features.
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Valuation figures, price data, and card identifications are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date; they are not financial advice and should not be relied on for insurance, sale, or tax purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
